Abstract :
We propose in this paper a novel prospective vision of virtual private networks built upon the fourth generation smallcell technology. The proposed solution promotes the enterprise manageability on its private connections, established over LTE. In fact, the smallcell node is renovated by adding USIM cards enabling it to act as a gateway between the employees and the LTE core system. Also, a QoS provision scheme and a local authentication center are proposed to provide QoS control and some security and administration functions in compliance with the enhanced role of the smallcell.
