Abstract :
A signal probability computation method for combinational circuits by considering limited reconvergent fan-outs is proposed The signal probability computation for a circuit with spatial correlation factors in its input signals is very expensive. In this paper, a polynomial parameters update method to calculate signal probability for a given circuit will be presented. In order to apply the polynomial parameters update method to real circuits, a circuit partitioning algorithm will be also addressed. In the experiments, the signal computation accuracy and its CPU run time will be compared for the competitiveness of our method
