  • Abstract
    In this paper, the properties of graphene are studied and simulated. The phenomenon of graphene surface Plasmon propagation is verified by simulation. It is proved that graphene materials have wide application prospect in terahertz frequency band. The metamaterial graphene also have been used in the design of the reflectarray antenna in this paper. Through the design and simulation of the reflectarray antenna unit, it is found that the beam control of the reflectarray antenna can be realized by changing the applied voltage of the graphene material.
