Abstract
Hybrid filter bank analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) are a generalization of time-interleaved ADCs. By using filter banks the distortion that is caused by channel errors is decreased. This paper compares filter bank and time-interleaved converters with respect to the spurious free dynamic range when gain and time-skew errors are present.
