Abstract :
We discuss in this article the approach to the intelligent decision support system organization in business processes management using engineering knowledge. The key question is the decision making in problem situation which appears because of changes in social, political, economic and other conditions of enterprise functioning. Results of the object-cognitive analysis are formal descriptions of relations between abstract concept and entities which are the domain basic objects (cognitive elements), in the terms of the domain thesaurus. Thus the result of the scientific research is decision support system models, representing knowledge processing to form decision making recommendations in problem situations. Knowledge, based on the problem situation management experience is to be stored in Knowledge Base of Information Decision Support System. This type of knowledge is to be presented as rules, cases and problem situations development scripts.
