  • Abstract
    A performance measurement method is developed for product creation processes. Measurements can be recorded by a PDM system with little effort. Performance in terms of Time, Cost and Quality is visualised in graphs that clearly show bottlenecks in the process. Performance indicators are defined as dimensionless measures time-control and quality-control. These enable to compare between different projects.
