Abstract
Interchanging the input and output stages in a current conveyor one obtains the circuit that may be called a "voltage conveyor". Using parallel connection of positive and negative voltage conveyors one obtains a gyrator that is convenient for realization of a floating inductor equivalent. A CMOS realization of this gyrator is proposed. The equivalent inductor parameters are found, and its frequency characteristics are calculated. The results of calculations are verified using simulations of the circuit designed for 0.18 μm CMOS technology
