Abstract
For a class of two-dimensional (2D) state-space digital filters, L 2-sensitivity is analyzed. and then an iterative procedure is presented for synthesizing the optimal filter structures with minimum L 2-sensitivity. In a numerical example, the present iterative procedure is compared with an existing iterative procedure based on the concept of gradient flow in terms of convergence rate and accuracy
