Abstract :
This paper introduces a combined control strategy for wind/storage systems. The strategy is based on an on-site monitoring system which not only provides basic SCADA functions but also provides interfaces that can be implemented by advanced applications. The combined control strategy is deployed as an advanced application in the monitoring system. The key features of the strategy are fluctuation stabilizing and plan curve tracking. There are calculations and process-flow figures that describe the strategy. The running result of the strategy is optimistic.
