Construction Research on Quality Evaluation System of Professional Training of e-Commerce Talents

This paper studies from the training process of teaching stage, to provide analysis on influencing factors of professional training quality of E-commerce talents, including optimization of the curriculum system and teaching content, etc. Then relative evaluation indexes are deduced by these factors. We establish E-commerce talent training quality evaluation index system and propose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation scheme based on AHP. At last an actual case is proposed to demonstrate the process to evaluate talent training quality according to established index system, verifying effectiveness and operability of our model.
