Design and Implementation of Novel Real Estate Surveying Management Information System

This paper adopts method of theory and practice to study the digital real estate management system items. Based on theoretical research and practical analysis, we use ArGIS platform, ArcObjects component library, spatial data engine ArcSDE, Oracle enterprise version and visual development tool Eclipse for integration and development. It also integrates the technologies such as GIS component, MIS, OA and OOA&D to provide management, query, relative analysis functions of urban real estate information. So it is proved to provide reliable decision information for property management departments at all levels.
