Abstract :
By using the developed automatic equipment, automatic printing for 85mm ~ 152mm calibrators nonadjustable-charge ammunition markings and separated cartridge markings can be realized through screen printing principle. By analyzing shell appearance as well as mark printing condition, the whole design schemes and basic composition of equipment have been determined, the key technical problems such as feeding mechanism, ammunition holding mechanism, screen printing mechanism, synchronizing mechanism and so on in the process of system design have been solved, the pneumatic system and PLC control system have been designed. The actual practice shows that the equipment operation is reliable, simple operation with high efficiency.
