Abstract :
With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the construction of bridge engineering shows a trend of sustained and rapid growth. In order to contract tasks, bridge construction enterprises must be involved in the tender. However, a lot of bridge construction enterprises win the bid, only through the way to lower the price of the tender. The reduction in the price of the bid price has resulted in the low profit level of the bridge construction enterprises, and may even appear to be a loss. In order to solve the problem of low profit level of the winning project, a lot of bridge construction enterprises adopt the unbalanced bidding. Obviously, how to carry out the unbalanced bidding is the important problem that need to be solved. This paper analyzes the characteristics, composition and procedure of the bid of bridge engineering. It introduces the meaning, types and reason of the unbalanced bidding. Based on the theory of bridge engineering tender offer and the theory of unbalanced bidding, the mathematical model for the unbalanced bidding of the bridge construction is established which is combined linear programming theory. Not only enrich the theory of unbalanced offer, but also provide a scientific and effective application of the unbalanced bidding.
