Abstract
This study blends the germanium fibers with the cottons, which are compared with bamboo charcoal fibers, then interweaves them with chinlons to improve the wearability. Setting"material", "mixed proportion" and "organizational structure" as the three factors, each of which includes three levels, and creates L9(33) orthogonal experimental programs, tests the specifications and wear-abilities of the nine samples, evaluates the data comprehensively by using "gray optimal evaluation". The results show that when germanium fiber is blended with cotton and interwoven with chinlon with ratio of 35: 63, the performance of the final welt plain knitted fabric is the best.
