  • Abstract
    Given the fact of failure of PCB detection and diagnosis equipment for a type of ballistic missile in locating faulty component, PCB detection and diagnosis system for a type of ballistic missile is developed by integrating such technologies as microprocessor-based testing technology, fault diagnosis technology and embedded technology to realize accurate fault localization of modular circuit and key components. General design plan of the detection and diagnosis system is expounded herein, including designing circuit of system hardware, configuration of software structure with slave microprocessor of the system, as well as design of logic testing main program. Experimental results indicate that this system is effective in fast and accurately locating broken PCB components, which makes it a valuable reference for studying on testing and fault diagnosis methodology of complex weapon equipments.
