Design and Effectiveness Analysis of a Personalized Information Resource Service System

According to the user´s interest model and the characteristics of information resources, personalized recommendation strategy is used to select the appropriate information resources from the database for users. The system provides feedback to the guiding teacher on the student´s learning experiences and learning diary. Also, a customer satisfaction evaluation model of the system has been constructed and the investigation has been made. The results of the investigation demonstrate that most users are satisfied with the use of a personalized information resource services system for assisting their graduation design.
