Abstract :
The precise detection of unbalancing problems of the rotor balancing not only can eliminate the security risks but also bring huge economic benefits. Aiming at the signal processing method for automobile flywheel-based balancing measurement system. This paper applied mathematical morphology filter to extracting the vibration signal as preprocessing to eliminate the pulse interference and then use the method of ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) to get the intrinsic mode function (IMF), then extract the frequency, amplitude and phase of the signal by Hilbert transform. The simulation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method in signal processing.
