Abstract :
The Building energy consumption of per unit area is 2 to 3 times in developed countries and the building energy conservation situation is very serious. Building energy consumption and thermal performance are the basis and prerequisite of optimizing the energy-saving design, developing effective energy-saving measures and promoting building energy conservation. Faced with these problems, such as low accuracy, difficulty in obtaining information, and poor sustainability which are often occurred in the analysis of building energy consumption, we propose a new partition-based method which applies BIM technology into building energy analysis. We can realize the energy saving of building through the analysis of the results of the building energy consumption and the control of the different regions.
