Abstract :
In view of the project with the arrived dynamism, aiming at resource-balanced, this paper establishes a mathematical model with selection plannings that is dynamic multi-mode, multi-project and multi-task based on resource constrained. Immune memory and clonal selection principle, adaptive immune regulating mechanism into the genetic algorithm, dynamically allocate memory pool and the size of general antibody group, antibodies of memory pool and general group are co-evolution, implement dynamic clone, adaptive mutation and other strategies, design immune genetic hybrid algorithm for model solution. Through numerical experiments, compared with genetic algorithm, the proposed algorithm can overcome the defect of the premature and local optimum, and obtain the better dynamic decision-making plan.
