  • Abstract
    The high temperature and high pressure compound valve work for a long time in high temperature and high pressure environment. Under the combined effect of thermal stress and mechanical stress generated by temperature difference and internal pressure easy to produce leakage, wear. Taking the high temperature and high pressure valve of the Hunan Hong Yuan company as the research object, carry on the parametric modeling by 3D software PROE. Using finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench analysis the thermal stress of the valve and optimize its structure. Make the body under the condition of satisfy the intensity and the rigidity, the minimum weight.
