  • Abstract
It has been demonstrated in various paper that perceptual video encryption can be done by using transforms like alternative unitary transform, DWT etc., In this paper, we have implemented S-transform for improved perceptual video encryption and decryption and we have extended the work by analyzing the selection of rotation of blocks to be used to generate the S- transforms. We show quantitatively and also qualitatively that by using s-transform, the perceptual video encryption system works with a higher encrypting capability and will not affect the coding efficiency. Both objective and perceptive evaluation will be performed with the standard H.264 codec[7].
