With incorrect decision, the efficiency and effectiveness of an institution is a critical issue and moreover the characteristics of a faculty member may influence the possible success rate of an educational institution. Generally, professional institution are in need of selecting the good faculty member by conducting the written test, group discussion, interviews, language proficiency, subject skills etc. Without these parameters the selection of faculty member will affect institutional growth.
