Abstract :
Schistosomiasis is an disease which is caused by parasitic worms. Parasites are hosted during agricultural, domestic, occupational and recreational activities when the people are exposed to infested water. Certain play habits of children including swimming, fishing in infested water are major cause of parasitic infection. Schistosomiasis control measure is required for the treatment with the praziquantel. In 2013, nearly 261 million people are affected by schistosomiasis and the people admitted for treatment is only 40 million. Praziquantel (PZQ) is used for treating persons affected by Schistosomiasis. The High Throughput Screening method is used in the analyzing of this parasitic infection. Hosted collaboration system makes it easier for viewing and treating the host. Hyperspectral analysis of the affected region makes it easier to cure the disease. The deeper and faster analysis of the parasite is done using IDL/Matlab programming. The data is analysed using Low Pass Filter and it will pave the way for the quicker and easier viewing of data without noise. HyperSpectral Imaging helps to view the parasite in more clear manner and rate of the infection is to be much familiar to recognize.
