Abstract :
The second order formula for the chromatic aberration of I the betatron function of a circular accelerator is derived by means of the perturbative method. We confirm the validity of the formula for the chromatic aberration of the betatron function by comparing the numerical calculation with the measurement at the SPring-8 storage ring
