Abstract :
This article consists of a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation. Presents a tutorial of system-on-chip (SOC) programming. Some of the specific topics discussed include: SOC capabilities; the acceleration of application programming interfaces (APIs) on current mobile operating systems; areas on innovation for mobile applications; and silicon-level opportunities and challenges for the future.
