Abstract :
In the present competitive market where new aggressive countries lever on prices and on reduced expenses of R&D, product and service innovation seem to be the only solution to stop their advance. For this continuous necessity of fast innovation technical, technological and organisational changes have to be undertaken and managed in time. The growing need for systematic approaches to problem solving is now strengthened. Furthermore the current scenario requests structured different methodologies for each typology of problem in order to shorten the time of innovation. New problem solving techniques oriented to product innovation can be the solutions to overcome this urgent issue. A first technical approach is here presented and it is oriented to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the product innovation process.
