    This article consists of a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation on CMOS technology nodes. Some of the specific topics discussed include: Dennar´s theory of CMOS scaling; device performance output and challenges; referencing Moore´s Law regarding CMOS technologies; node cross section designs; value of CMOS scaling; and the CMOS paradigm shift involving device performance.
