Abstract :
This article consists of a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation on the market for wireless high definition audio visual systems (HD A/V) Some of the specific topics discussed include: the benefits of HD A/V systems; data rates; challenges and solutions for 60 Ghz operations; wireless video area network design; the features of SiBeam´s uncompressedf 50 GHz wireless HD chipset; and new areas of technological development for HD wireless A/V transceivers.
