Abstract :
An assembly sequence planning approach of space assembled antennas is presented in this paper, based on simulated annealing algorithm. Firstly, the geometrical model of the shortest assembly path of `space station - arms - manipulator´ system is constructed with the consideration of inherent radius. Then, the optimization model of assembly sequence planning is established, and the optimization objective, design variables and constraints are discussed, separately. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the antenna sequence planning problem, simulated annealing algorithm is adopted to solve this optimization problem. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
