Abstract :
With the increase in and diameter operating frequency, the pointing accuracy and surface accuracy of radio telescope are also increasing. In order to achieve the specified performance, different types of instruments and techniques have to introduced to reduce the various components of pointing and surface errors. This article provides a brief discussion and introduction of large radio telescope metrology system.
