Abstract :
DNA sequences are the biological information represents some living thing. The information extraction and behavior analysis are the major associated operations. As the size of DNA sequence is larger, there is the requirement of some effective search method to identify the pattern over the DNA sequence. In this paper, a table structure based DNA pattern search method is presented. The table structure is here formed on DNA string to provide the direct and relational mapping to the DNA pattern. Each table cell is having the information of next associated character which provides the direct mapping search over the DNA string. This method is presented as two phase model. In first phase, the tabular structure formation is done and later on the search over the tabular structure is applied to identify the pattern. The direct mapping over the structure has reduced the complexity. Different experimentation applied in work shows that the work has provided the effective search solution.
