Abstract :
In this paper, the characteristics of five main subjective weighting methods for multi-attribute decision making problems are analyzed by means of horizontal and longitudinal comparison. And the five weighting methods are applied to the field of broadcasting and television program evaluation respectively to obtain the evaluation results calculated by five methods and analyze the relationship between the results to optimize the selection. The results show that five subjective weighting methods for multi-attribute decision making problems have distinctive features. Using different subjective weighting methods to calculate the programs´ ranking level does not show significant deviations, but the specific value of ranking will have a certain range of differences.
