Abstract
Circuit design based on principal of external vibrations conversion into electrical energy has become actual research direction nowadays. Piezoelectric transduction mechanism for energy harvesters is used. Different aspects, like equivalent circuit models, selection of piezoelectric materials, transducer design constructions are investigated. The purpose of our investigation is examination of the equivalent circuit models of piezoelectric energy harvester based on several oscillating loops. Simulation results show that the utilization of only two oscillation loops is enough for accurate results attainment. Also, results show that the presented piezoelectric energy harvester has the output power from 20 uW up to 90 uW for vibration frequency from 42 Hz up to 50 Hz.
