Abstract :
Network coding can provide substantial throughput increase compared with traditional cooperative relaying strategies in the field of wireless networks. In this paper, an enhanced sphere decoding algorithm is proposed and used in multi-source single-destination scenarios based on complex field network coding (CFNC). Different from general sphere decoding algorithms, the proposed algorithm can process superimposed signals in scenarios where sources outnumber relays, which are quite common in above-mentioned scenarios based on CFNC. Compared with ML algorithm, the proposed algorithm can reduce complexity considerably at high signal to noise ratio in specific network systems, which means a lot for the goal of higher throughput in multi-source single-destination wireless networks based on CFNC.
