Abstract :
A smart skin radar stealth device is mentioned in an United States patent, but there was not detailed description about the device. The phase shift amplifier (PSM) is a very important component of the device, the amplification coefficient and the shifting phase of PSM play important roles for the device´s stealth performance. This paper wants to make a quantitative analysis of PSM´s influence to the device. Firstly, the basic working principle of the device is described, and then the constraint equations of electromagnetic field is given; secondly, the cancellation field expression is derived, and then an analysis of PSM´s influence to the device is made; finally, the value´s scopes of amplification coefficient and the shifting phase are discussed.
