Abstract :
Guided Ammunition is more and more important because of its high accuracy, but its reliability test can´t be carried out with all real ammunition because the cost of one guided ammunition can be up to one million yuan, the combination of simulation and real ammunition is very necessary. In this paper, through analysing guided ammunition structure, puts forward test data transform method based on LM method. According to campaign mission and demand, adequately considering campaign section and circunstance section, designs the reliability test project of guided ammunition, ordains stress modes, duration time, test items, test conditions and so on. In one guided ammunition test, this method is proved that it is correct, debases guided ammunition consume and economizes test outlay.
