  • Abstract
    Symmetricom has a kind of powerful phase measurement device -Multi-channel Measurement System (TSC MMS). The most important function is to measure the phase different of signals in real time. In this paper, a phase noise measurement system is constructed. Moreover, an algorithm is proposed to acquire the phase noise by analyzing data output from TSC MMS. Finally, the algorithm is verified to be correctly and accurately.
