  • Abstract
    Unified time system is an important part of the test system. The important task is to ensure that test command and control system, measurement and control system for time accurate and uniform. The reliability and accuracy directly affect the test results. In order to ensure the reliability of time unified system that provides a signal, timing frequency accuracy, stability, reproduce, daily frequency drift and phase noise measurement verification. Research gapless sampling frequency difference multiplication method of frequency standard time domain characteristics were measured; Using a digital phase locked loop technique realizes quartz frequency standard in cesium beam atomic frequency standard of synchronous tracking, the quartz frequency source both with low phase noise and high stability of output frequency, with a cesium atomic frequency standard with high accuracy and long-term stability characteristics[1]; The design of low phase noise frequency divider module realizes multi-channel measurement timing frequency standard, improving the metering guarantee efficiency. After verification, system frequency standard calibration device can realize timing frequency standard in the laboratory and in the field of metrology to support and enhance equipment performance validation and testing capabilities.
