Abstract :
Based on virtual instrument ideas, a set of NaI digital spectrum measurement system is designed and structured. For the FJ374 type NaI (Tl) scintillation detector and specific radioactive source (60Co radioactive source, 137Cs radioactive source), the best acquisition parameters of the digital spectrum measurement system is determined through research and experiments. The optimum measurement parameters of the NaI(Tl) scintillation detector is as follows: falling edge trigger sampling mode, acquisition range is 1V, the trigger threshold is -0.05V, the sampling rate is greater than 32M/s, sampling length is 300 points.
