Abstract :
In this paper, some important parameters for a Circular Variable Filter (CVF) based spertroradiometer are tested. A standard blackbody radition source, which is calibrated and traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is adopted to accomplish the test. Interesting properties are accuracy, nonlinearity, stability and Noise Equivalent Temperature (NET). The testing results show that measurement accuracy and stability can be achieved 0.47% and 0.84%. For InSb and MCT detectors, the nonlinearity is 0.95% and 1.67% respecticely, the NET is 6.6mdeg and 23.2mdeg respecticely. This test verifies performance indicators of this spertroradiometer and provides a reliable guarantee for subsequent use, this work will also helpful for the calibration of various spectrometers.
