  • Abstract
Vehicular Ad-Hoc network (VANET) provides the environment to enhance the safety and comfort of the driver as well as the passengers. The propose research is a step towards improving the communication between the vehicles and road side antennas (RSA) we proposed Speed synchronization protocol. All the messages are divided at different frequencies according to their priority and the positions of the receiver´s vehicle which automatically tunes itself with different frequencies according to the speed of the vehicle. This improves the performance of the communication, and it also reduces the probability of error occurrences. We used NS2 simulator for demonstrating the results of the proposed system which proves that proposed system is far efficient in terms of performance as compared to existing system.
