Abstract :
In this paper Fuzzy adaptive proportional-integral (PI) controller is designed to control the level of interacting tank. In the interacting process the load on the first process affects the second process and vice versa. The conventional PI controller cannot reach satisfactory result. The gain parameters of PI control are obtained by Ziegler-Nichols (ZN) tuning method and can be adjusted automatically using fuzzy logic. This paper illustrates the comparative analysis of conventional PI and fuzzy adaptive PI controller.
