Abstract :
Network management is a major issue in information world which requires high effective implementation to have properly structured information system for providing accurate data across a wide area. Efficiently functioning systems and management in a network, is necessity of up growing information sector. This needs a proper network for providing precise and accessible services to the clients over a wide range which needs operative resources that can operate proficiently and simultaneously, it requires a competent management for maintenance. Resources are effective till the point they are able to fulfill the desires of a client, for this purpose, they need to be monitored regularly, also defined as to be managed properly. This paper discusses the mature approach of monitoring the systems combined with the technology of clustered systems. The proposed approach allows monitoring of systems and dynamically creation of network comprising several systems, with minimal need of human resource. It also deals with the maintenance and management of the dynamically created network. Introducing the approach of DyNeC pooled with theory of clustered systems in system monitoring, allows the network to management and maintain automatically with a master system, being external part of network. This approach has a great popularization value and wide application prospect.
