Abstract :
The proficient public key encryption proposed is based on the learning with errors (LWE) called CNA compression based LWE encryption algorithm. The idea behind using CNA is to reduce the size of the public key practically in LWE based Homomorphic encryptions which require N+ 1 big integers. CNA compression achieves our aim of storing public key and cipher texts in smaller forms than the original form in order to reduce the storage requirements. CNA based LWE algorithm is so practicable than any other compression techniques, which require simple addition and multiplication operations and does not require any additional data support. The main objective of this paper is not only to propose the practical use of maintaining smaller public keys and cipher texts but to introduce some computations involved in the process of compression and decompression.
