Abstract :
In this article, a novel sensorless speed control based on the combination of a linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) and a PI controller is proposed. the proposed control technique has two principal aims; (i) overcome the system uncertainties and, (ii) achieve an accurate control performance. The use of above regulators in this hybrid control method is argue by the fact that a LQR has a very easy structure to design and also the PI has a remarkable robustness. Simulation and experimental results show clearly the efficiency of the control strategy.
