Abstract
Queuing theory was introduced for the first time about 100 years ago. Currently it is the key for internet trafficking and network modeling. For analyzing the viability of any specific model queuing theory is processed carefully while manipulating the different parameters to extract the best combination in real-time. A basic M/M/1 (a queuing system with Poisson arrivals, exponentially distributed service times and a single server) model explains how different entities react for variation of parameters. A MATLAB model for M/M/1 queue is taken to observe these changes.
