Abstract :
The polarization state of electromagnetic (EM) wave can be manipulated using composite meta structures. In this paper a multi-layer metasurface has been proposed which rotates linearly polarized EM wave by 90° over the frequency range of 4.4-12 GHz. More than 90% cross-polarization conversion efficiency is observed, whereas co-polarized transmission coefficient is less than 10% for the above frequency range.
