  • Abstract
    In order to solve the miniaturization of the substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) filter, a novel multi-layered eighth-mode substrate integrated waveguide filter is proposed. The filter is designed and simulated by high frequency structure simulator (HFSS).The simulated result shows that the dimensions are reduced almost 87.5% and it has a good property with bandwidth about 23.3%,which realize the miniaturization of the filter.
