Abstract :
Super-heterodyne multi-channel millimeter-wave receiving system usually shared with one local oscillator (LO) source by using power divider, and the uniformity of power division and the bandwidth of the power divider will affect the performance of system. In this paper, the effect such as LO power, frequency, on super-heterodyne mixer´s performance of the receiving system are simulated and measured, and the minimum change of LO power and frequency is acquired for minimum influence on performance of mixer. The results provide the design reference and guidance of power division and bandwidth for power divider in receiving system.
