Abstract :
It is demonstrated here that phenomenon of plasmon-induced transparency (PIT) at near infrared band in a metal-dielectric-metal waveguide with the resonator of nano-cylinder-cavity. It is found that PIT effect does not exist in the plasmonic waveguide with one side-coupled cylinder cavity. And a single PIT effect appears in the waveguide with two parallel side-coupled cylinder cavities. The red-shift or blue shift of the double transparency peaks can be manipulated by adjusting different parameter of the waveguide structure.
